We are aware that some iOS users suffered disruption over the weekend and were unable to log into their streaming services via the StreamMagic app.
We're deeply sorry for the inconvenience, and we realize how much of a frustration this is and how important it is for you all that we do all we can to prevent it from happening again.
The service is now back to normal. We didn't release any changes to our players or the StreamMagic app, so we are looking into the problem with our service provider as a matter of urgency.
Thank you all for your patience while we work out what went wrong and please let us know by contacting our support team directly if you are still having trouble accessing TIDAL/Qobuz/Deezer via the StreamMagic app.

We are aware that some listeners have reported they are unable to log in to Qobuz following the latest app and firmware update. This is a known issue affecting a very small percentage of listeners and stems from Qobuz themselves. Our Streaming Service partner is working hard in conjunction with Qobuz to get this rectified ASAP. They will push a fix soon and no update will be needed from your side.
We do apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.
In the meantime, please make sure your player and app are both up to date with the latest versions:
