We have had some reports from some listeners getting a 'failed to enque' message when trying to play tracks from Tidal, Qobiz or Deezer in the StreamMagic app following the latest update.
The latest update has fundamentally changed how our players access built-in streaming services so these updates had to be synchronised across all players, iOS and Android apps, and with live changes made by our streaming service partner.
This issue so far only affects customers who have not yet updatedboththeir player and app to the latest versions.
If you haven't already, please make sure your player and app are both up to date:
