We have had reports of some customers experiencing unit crashes when using the front panel of their player following the latest firmware update and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused. We have pushed a new firmware update now which should resolve this issue.
If you haven't already, please make sure your player and app are both up to date:
Evo 75 & 150:131-b-001
CXN, CXNv2, 851N, CXR120, CXR200 & Edge NQ:022-a-132
If after updating both the player and app you still experience this issue please let us know.
