We’ve had a few reports now of distorted audio or distorted audio on input A4 of the AXA35.
The inputs on the back of an AXA35 go – A1, A2, A3, Phone, A4, Rec out
We suspect that some customers are plugging an input into the phono socket thinking it’s the A4 input.
This is causing the input to be overloaded and bleeding through all other inputs regardless of what input is selected resulting in distorted audio.
Is also worth noting that the ground stud also hides the A4 print on the rear if you're looking over the unit when connecting everything.
Please ensure that you are not inadvertently connecting a non-phono connection into the phono input on the AXA35 as this can cause the over-loading and distorted sound mentioned above.
