We have received feedback to suggest some customers are finding problems when using Chromecast to stream from Amazon Music on their CXNv2 or Edge products.
Upon investigation, our tests have shown this to be a variable and intermittent issue that doesn’t affect all tracks or units.
We can confirm that our Chromecast-built in integration is tested and fully certified by Google to meet their stringent UX and playback requirements and we aren’t aware of any other Cast-enabled apps exhibiting similar issues with our products. As such we are confident that this issue stems from the Amazon end and their implementation of Chromecast with the Amazon Music app, and not any issues with our software or Google integration.
