Faults under warranty
If your Cambridge Audio product purchased from Cambridge Audio's ebay store develops a fault, and the issue cannot be resolved through the troubleshooting steps and is under warranty and deemed to be faulty we will issue a RMA number and arrange its return to us for repair or replacement.

Money Back Returns
If you wish to return an item you bought through ebay for a money back return you can do so within the first 30 days of purchase by using ebay's own return procedure. They will provide a pre-paid returns shipping label for you to return the item with. Just click on the item in question in 'My ebay' > More options > Return the item.
