Faults under warranty
If your purchase from Cambridgeaudio.com, Cambridge Audio eBay, or Cambridge Audio's official store on Amazon develops a fault, and the issue cannot be resolved through the troubleshooting steps, is under warranty, and is deemed to be faulty we will issue an RMA number and arrange its return to us for repair or replacement.
If a replacement is not possible based on our current stock we will contact you directly to discuss what other options are available to you.

Only purchases from Cambridgeaudio.com, Cambridge Audio’s official eBay stores (cambridgeaudio_direct/cambridgeaudiousa) or Cambridge Audio's official Amazon store are covered by the Cambridge Audio warranty policy.
