If you are experiencing one of the Melomania 1 earbuds being significantly quieter then the other, or if audio is coming out very faintly from one of your Melomania 1 earbuds which you are struggling to hear (but the other earbud seems to be functioning normally), then we would first recommend performing a factory reset on both the earbuds to see if this resolves the issue.
To perform a factory reset your Melomania 1, please put both headphones in the case then press and hold both buttons until the earbud status lights briefly turn blue.
At this point, you can release the buttons as the reset procedure is complete and the earbuds will no longer remember any of the devices that have previously paired with them.
You will then need to follow the initial setup procedure from scratch including the manual Bluetooth pairing process, achieved by holding down the earphone buttons for 3 secs to enter pairing mode.
If after re-setting your earbuds you still experience the same issue with one earbud being significantly quieter than the other then please get in touch with our customer service department who can advice you further on the next steps.
