I am unable to pair my phone/tablet with Melomania 1?

If you are having difficulties pairing your device with Melomania 1, please follow the steps below to reconnect.

  • Make sure the Bluetooth on your device is turned on and discoverable.
  • Place the earbuds in the charging case, close it and take them out again, if it was paired before it should auto-pair.
  • Your earphones may be connected to another previously used smartphone/device. If that is the case, switch Bluetooth off on that device and restart the pairing process.
  • Reset the headphones.
