Why doesn't my EDGE NQ power on?

If your EDGE NQ is failing to power on, please perform the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Ensure the AC power cord is connected securely
  • Ensure the plug is fully inserted into the wall socket and is switched on
  • Check the fuse in the mains plug or adaptor
  • If not powering on when pressing the Standby/On switch on the front panel, attempt to power on the unit using the remote control
  • Check the connection on a different wall socket
  • If possible, use another AC power cord you know to be working
