If your EDGE NQ is failing to power on, please perform the following troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure the AC power cord is connected securely
- Ensure the plug is fully inserted into the wall socket and is switched on
- Check the fuse in the mains plug or adaptor
- If not powering on when pressing the Standby/On switch on the front panel, attempt to power on the unit using the remote control
- Check the connection on a different wall socket
- If possible, use another AC power cord you know to be working
