If your EDGE A is failing to produce sound from one channel, please perform the following troubleshooting steps:
- Check that source component is properly connected.
- Check that your speakers are properly connected.
- If possible, use different interconnect cables and speaker cables.
- Check the source component in a different input.
- Switching speaker cables and speakers around will help identify whether the issue is with the amplifier or speakers/cables.
