Why is there no sound from one channel on my EDGE A?

If your EDGE A is failing to produce sound from one channel, please perform the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Check that source component is properly connected.
  • Check that your speakers are properly connected.
  • If possible, use different interconnect cables and speaker cables.
  • Check the source component in a different input.
  • Switching speaker cables and speakers around will help identify whether the issue is with the amplifier or speakers/cables.
