How do I refresh the connection on my Bluetooth device?

To totally refresh the connection on your Bluetooth device, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go into the Bluetooth settings of your Phone/Laptop/Tablet and forget/unpair your Bluetooth speaker.
  2. Restart your Phone/Laptop/Tablet completely.
  3. Re-pair your Phone/Laptop/Tablet to your Cambridge Audio Bluetooth speaker.
