Why can't I add items to the queue from my Synology NAS.

Users with Synology DS413 NAS drives may experience issues with adding items to the queue of their Network Music Player.

You may receive a message along the lines of: (Name of Network Music Player) returned no result for this attempt to add to the queue. Please try from the front panel.

To help prevent this, navigate on the drive interface to Synology: Mediaserver > DMA-compatibility > (UPnP/DLNA)Device-list > (Name of Network Music Player) > Profile. Once you've done this, ensure that this is set to standard.
