Why can't I change the volume of the CXN on my mobile device?

You will need to turn on Pre-Amp mode in order to manipulate the volume of the CXN. This will apply to Airplay, Spotify Connect and the Connect App.

 

Pre-Amp mode may be enabled via the settings menu of the CXN.

 

Please note, the muting function of your mobile device may also mute the CXN.
