Why can't I change the volume of the CXN on my mobile device?

To adjust the volume of the CXN via a mobile device Digital Pre-amp Mode needs to be enabled. This will apply to Airplay, Spotify Connect and the Connect App.

 

To enable Digital Pre-amp Mode on the CXN please navigate to Settings>Audio>Digital Pre-amp Mode. 

 

Please note, the muting function of your mobile device may also mute the CXN.
