Why is my network player unable to see my QNAP NAS drive on the network?

It has reported that in some instances, Cambridge Audio network players fail to see some QNAP (Twonky Media Server) NAS drives on a home network.

If the QNAP is not visible to the network player, this is usually due to the Jumbo Frame Rate Network setting on the QNAP being set too high.

To allow the network player to discover and access a QNAP NAS device, the network setting(s) on the QNAP must be set as below:

JUMBO FRAME RATE =1500
