The AirPlay logo is not shown in iTunes on my Mac or PC. What can I do?

Make sure that you are running the latest version of iTunes.


Make sure that your Minx Air is switched on and is connected to the same home network as your Mac or PC.

Successful network connection is indicated by a solid green light on the rear of the Minx Air.


If the problem persists, make sure that any security software has iTunes and Bonjour added as an exception.
